Templates
The fastest way to build a chatbot — start from a pre-built template instead of a blank canvas.
Overview
Templates are ready-made chatbots for common use cases. Open Resources → Templatesto browse the gallery, preview a template, and create a working chatbot from it in one click — then customize it to your needs in the builder.
Browsing the gallery
Each template card shows its name, description, category, and difficulty. Use the controls to find the right starting point:
Search
Search templates by name or description.
Category
Filter by use-case category.
Difficulty
Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
Using a template
- Open Resources → Templates (or click Browse templates from Home).
- Find a template and open its preview to see how it works.
- Click Use template and give your chatbot a name.
- The chatbot is created with all its steps, forms, and settings ready to edit.
- Adjust it in the builder, attach a widget on the End step, then Test & Run and Publish.
Note: creating a chatbot (from a template or from scratch) requires an active trial or plan. If you haven’t started your free trial yet, do that first from Home.
