Move faster with the command palette, quick create, and keyboard shortcuts.
Command palette
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the app to open the command palette. From it you can:
- Jump to any page — Home, Chatbots, Inbox, Resources, Settings, and more.
- Create something — New Chatbot, New Widget, New Form, Invite Member.
- Search by keyword (e.g. type “invoices” to reach Billing).
The palette only shows destinations and actions you have permission to use, so what you see depends on your role. You can also open it from the Search item in the sidebar.
Quick create with “＋ New”
The ＋ New button at the top of the sidebar opens a menu of create actions — the same permission-filtered list as the palette. Pick one to jump straight into creating a chatbot, widget, or form, or to invite a teammate.
Search within lists
Most list screens — Chatbots, Widgets, Forms, Templates, Conversations, Submissions, and Team — have their own search box to filter what’s on screen. Card menus (the ⋯) give quick actions like Open, Test, and Delete.
