Overview
Company settings allow you to configure your organization's profile information. This information may be used in communications and for account management.
Company Information
Company Name
Your organization's official name as it appears in the system.
Primary contact email for your organization.
Phone
Contact phone number for your organization.
Website
Your company's website URL.
Address
Physical address of your organization.
Company Deactivation
Deactivate Company
Deactivating your company will:
- Disable all widgets and workflows
- Stop all active conversations
- Remove access for all team members
- Preserve data for potential reactivation
Note: Only Admins can deactivate a company. Contact support if you need to permanently delete your data.
